Urban Challenge           

 

Urban Challenge is an organization that offers courses in sport in 3 major cities: Paris, Lyon and Toulouse. The principle is to do outdoor sports, at any time of the day, so accessible to all. The one-hour sessions are extremely intensive because they are conducted by professional coach who inspired from Firefighters, Commandos or even great athletes training. The course is adaptable to the average level of the members, their expectations and their physical condition. Through its intensive sessions, you can stimulate all parts of your body through the full exercises allowing you to work your gluts, abs, endurance, arms and thighs. Additionally the sessions are held in unmissable place of the capital as the Tuileries, the Bois de Boulogne, Buttes Chaumont, the Parc Monceau, the Luxembourg Gardens and many others. These training have a definite effect on your body, without being a constraint because there are accessible around Paris to many different times. So you have no excuse for not keeping your resolutions in 2014!

The Color Run

 

This concept was born in the United States in 2012 and he seduced the following year more than 100 cities worldwide. It happens in Europe this year and for the first time in France. This 5km race is open to all since the principle is not to finish first or to be the fastest but rather to have fun. Every kilometre of the race is equivalent to a “color area” where volunteers will launch colored powder 100% natural based corn-starch. You have to cross five colour areas before crossing the finish line by being the most colourful possible. This is at this moment the atmosphere is the most intense since Dj await you at the finished line for the “Finisher Festival”: non-stop music and splash of colours! In Paris, the race will start at the Hôtel de Ville and ends at the Trocadero. At start, The Color Run provides you a starter kit that contains a white tee-shirt, a bib number, a headband and at your arrival you will receive a snack, a drink, a bag of colored powder and an access to the “Finisher Festival” So if you love Paris, parties, the sharing and sport, this race is for you!
